 Rental Terms and Conditions

>  All rental periods begin the day the equipment is delivered by or shipped from Axse or
    picked-up by Axse and end on the day the equipment returns to the office.
 > The requested materials & correct quantity.
 > The location adress for productions.
 > The accessories, cables, exact 
 > Shipping date
 > Exact renting period.
 > Loss or damage to the equipment will obligate the Lessee to pay for the repair
    or replacement of the equipment and pay for the full rental value until the equipment
    is repaired, returned or replaced.
>  Insurance The Lessee is responsible for insurance during the rental period. The Lessee is
    responsible for loss or damage to equipment from the time Lessor receives the equipment
    until it is received by the Lessor.
    You shall return the materials before 11.30 PM on the
     return date as indicated by you.
>  This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State Belgium.
